Our Amaranth Bliss gluten free flour can be substituted in a 1:1 ratio for most conventional recipes. It bakes well for bread, waffles, sponge cake, deep pan pizza, naan, pita, cookies and biscuits. It's gentle on tummies and packed with nutritional goodness.
